Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors and graduates who are enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university, or vocational/technical school.

Applicants must have resided in the city of Bell Gardens for 1 year or longer.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Selection is based on academic performance, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, work experience, a statement of goals and objectives, unusual personal or family circumstances, an online recommendation, and financial need.
