The Billington Family Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors planning to attend Johnson County Community College or new or continuing students at Johnson County Community College. Johnson County, Kansas residents enrolled in at least 12 credit hours with plans to transfer to a 4-year institution to pursue a bachelor's degree or higher are welcome to apply.
