Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Texas who are current YRA members and have been members for 2 out of the past 4 years.

Applicants must have been accepted at an accredited college, university, vocational school, or other institution of higher learning in any state.

They must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

In the selection process, girls and boys are considered separately.
