The Blakely Russell Kay Scholarship is available to students who have completed at least one semester in the American Sign Language Studies certificate program at Johnson County Community College. Students involved in their community and with an enrollment of 6 or more credit hours are welcome to apply. Special consideration will be given to students in their second year of the program.
