BLET Auxiliary Scholarship provides financial assistance for college or graduate school to children of members of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers (BLET) and its Auxiliary.

Requirements

This program is open to graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate and graduate students whose parent is a member of the BLET and whose other parent is a member of the BLET Auxiliary.

Both parents must have been members for at least 2 years.

Auxiliary members are also eligible to apply.

High school seniors must submit copies of their SAT or ACT score and their GPA. Continuing or returning undergraduates and graduate students must submit transcripts.

All applicants must submit a short essay about their interests, goals, extracurricular activities, and anything else they wish to share about themselves.

Selection is based on academic record, leadership, character, and personal achievement.
