The Borton-Strand Scholarship is offered to graduating seniors and graduates of Highland and West Valley high schools in Washington, whose parents are employed in an orchard or tree fruit warehouse. Students who wish to pursue a degree at Heritage University, Perry Technical College, or Yakima Valley Community College are encouraged to apply.
