Requirements

This program is open to the children of submarine force personnel (active duty, retired, or deceased) who are under 23 years of age.

Applicants may attend school anywhere in the United States, but their submarine sponsor or surviving parent must live in Hawaii.

Selection is based on academic performance, demonstrated potential, extracurricular activities, and financial need.
