Requirements

This program is open to graduate and undergraduate students enrolled full time at colleges and universities in Connecticut who are preparing for a career in the state as a certified teacher of the blind and visually-impaired.

Applicants do not need to be blind or members of the National Federation of the Blind of Connecticut.

Selection is based on academic quality, service to the community, and financial need.
