Francis Driscoll Scholarship recognizes residents of New London, Connecticut who attend New London or St. Bernard high school and are planning to work on a bachelor's degree on a full-time basis. Applicants must be able to demonstrate loyalty to school and community. Students who have an interest in political science, public affairs, or government receive special consideration.
