Requirements

This program is open to all residents of California who are graduating high school seniors or full-time undergraduate or graduate students at a college or university in any state.

Applicants must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Selection is based on academic performance, personal statements, extracurricular activities, leadership positions held, special awards and honors received, and work history.
