Requirements

This program is open to female residents of California who have completed 4 years of high school (or the equivalent); are enrolled at or accepted by an accredited college, university, vocational school, or graduate school in any state; and have an excellent academic record.

Selection is based on financial need, character, academic ability, and school and community activities.

Some awards include additional requirements.

U.S. citizenship is required.
