The Captain Dan and Barney Flynn Scholarship recognizes graduating high school seniors or college students who have participated in the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) in high school and/or ROTC in college. Students who attend or plan to attend Coastal Bend College, Del Mar College, Texas A&M University (Corpus Christi or Kingsville), or the University of the Incarnate Word are welcome to apply.
