The Captain Romero Scholarship provides members of the Sigma Chi fraternity financial assistance while seeking their associate's or bachelor's degree. Students who exhibit leadership skills and strong academic achievement are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to college juniors or seniors who are military veterans or plan to enter the military after graduation, with priority for members of Sigma Chi Psi or Delta Xi.
