Requirements

This program is open to the dependent children and grandchildren of members of the National Association of Letter Carriers' branches within California who are seniors in high school.

Applicants must be planning to attend a college or university in any state.

Selection is based on academic promise, choice of career, financial need, diversity, recommendations, and commitment to humanitarian, progressive, and prounion values.
