The Carolyn Matthews Memorial Scholarship is available to high school seniors who are nominated by their guidance counselor. Residents of Allegany, Chemung, Schuyler, Tioga, and Tompkins counties in New York or Bradford and Tioga counties in Pennsylvania will be considered. This is a nomination only program.
