Requirements
  • This program is open to women between 18 and 25 years of age who are members of a Native American tribe and residents of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, D.C., or West Virginia.
  • Applicants must be interested in attending a college, university, or trade school in any state and majoring in art.
  • Financial need is considered in the selection process.
  • A fee of $20 must accompany each application.
