Resident of Massachusetts (minimum one year)

Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree

Attending a public institution in Massachusetts

U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or permanent resident

Not have received a prior bachelor’s degree or its equivalent

Not be in default of any federal or state Student Loans for attendance at any institution or owe a refund for any previous financial aid received

Maintain satisfactory academic progress in accordance with institutional and federal standards

Be in compliance with Selective Service Registration
