Requirements

This program is open to Asian and Pacific Islander women who are residents of Fresno, Kings, Madera, Merced, and Tulare counties in California.

Applicants must be entering, continuing, or reentering a college or university in any state.

They must also submit a 200word autobiography that includes their ethnicity, place of birth, the name of the college or university they are attending or planning to attend, educational and career goals, community involvement, and unique challenges or experiences that they and their family have overcome.
