Requirements

This program is open to residents of the following Central Valley counties: Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, or Tulare.

Applicants must be graduating high school seniors, GED completing students, or other residents entering a college, university, community college, or vocational school as a firsttime student.

They must have a mental or physical disability; any physical and/or mental condition that makes it more difficult to study, work, walk, and many other required tasks of dayto-day life.
