Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors and undergraduate students preparing for a career in manufacturing engineering or a closely-related field.

Applicants must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Preference is given in the following order: 1) members of Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) student chapters in Oregon or southwestern Washington; 2) students planning to attend a school in Oregon or southwestern Washington, and 3) residents of Oregon and Washington.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.

U.S. citizenship, permanent resident status, or student visa is required.
