The Charles F. and Carol A. van Rossum Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors, high school graduates, and nontraditional students, from Nebraska, who are seeking an associate or bachelor’s degree. Students who demonstrate financial need and merit through academic achievement and community service are welcome to apply. First-generation college students are encouraged to apply.
