Requirements

This program is open to students enrolled full-time at an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university in an undergraduate or graduate program in Pennsylvania.

Applicants must be working on a degree in facility management or a related field, including architecture, construction management, engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, structural), or interior design).

They must have a GPA of 3.2 or higher.

In the selection process, consideration is given to that resume (5 points), academic achievements and accomplishments (3 points), facility managementrelated courses (7 points), academic research projects in facility management (2 points), overall GPA (4 points), academic leadership skills (4 points), and a letter of recommendation (5 points).
