The Chevron SWE Scholarship provides financial assistance for college to female students who are Society of Women Engineer (SWE) members. Graduating seniors, college freshmen, sophomores, or juniors seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in chemical, computer hardware, science, software, electrical, environmental, material, mechanical, petroleum engineering, information systems, or safety studies are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
  • Member of Society of Women Engineers
  • Minimum 3.00 GPA
  • Resident of the U.S.
  • High school senior, college freshman, or sophomore
  • Seeking a bachelor's degree
  • Studying for a degree in chemical, computer hardware, science, or software, electrical, environmental, material, mechanical, petroleum engineering, information systems, or safety studies
  • Fulltime student
  • Entering freshman, sophomore, or junior at designated HispanicServing Institutions (HSIs) or Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) - Florida A&M University, Florida International University, Fort Valley State University, Howard University, North Carolina A&T State University, Prairie View A&M University, Southern University and A&M College (Baton Rouge), Tuskegee University, or University of Puerto Rico (Mayaguez)
  • Planning to attend school in Tuskegee, Alabama, District of Columbia, Miami or Tallahassee, Florida, Fort Valley, Georgia, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Greensboro, North Carolina, Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, or Prairie View, Texas
