Requirements

This program is open to children of active duty, drilling Reservists, National Guard, and military retirees who have a current military dependent ID card.

Applicants must be residents of Virginia or enrolled at an accredited institution of higher education certified by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV).

They must be working on a certificate, associate, baccalaureate, or graduate degree and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
