The Children and Spouse of Indiana National Guard Program supports the educational goals of children and spouses of a member of the Indiana National Guard who died while serving on state active duty. Those who are residents of Indiana and are seeking a professional certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree from one of the 19 eligible colleges or universities in Indiana are eligible to apply.
