This program is open to children of members of the SPE Evangeline Section, which serves the Lafayette area of Louisiana.

Applicants may be graduating high school seniors or students currently working fulltime on a bachelor's or master's degree at a 4-year college or university in any state.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and have declared a major.
