Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of southern California (Inyo, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties) who are living with bleeding disorders and their immediate family members.
  • Applicants must be attending or planning to attend a college or trade school in any state.
  • Be goaloriented, motivated and participate in school and community activities.
  • Priority is given to firsttime applicants and to those who have been actively involved with the Hemophilia Foundation of Southern California (HFSC).
