The Clifford H. Spicer Memorial Scholarship is available to Michigan residents who are either graduating high school seniors or college students currently pursuing a degree in land surveying or civil engineering. Students who are planning to enroll or are currently enrolled in an ABET-accredited program are encouraged to apply.

Minimum 3.0 GPA for high school seniors and college juniors, minimum 2.5 GPA for college freshmen, minimum 2.75 GPA for college sophomores

Studying in land surveying or civil engineering

Attending an ABETaccredited program

Demonstrate financial need If there are no applicants attending an ABETaccredited program, then a student who is enrolled in a transfer program to an ABET-accredited program may be considered.
