Requirements

This program is open to residents of Hawaii who are enrolled or planning to enroll at a 4-year college or university in any state.

Applicants must be interested in majoring in hard science or technical field (e.g., science, technology, engineering, mathematics, intelligence, or cyber security).

They must be able to demonstrate a significant level of leadership through their school or outside activities.

Selection is based on academic standing (GPA, class standing, SAT or ACT scores) and leadership.
