Requirements
  • This program is open to children, spouses, and grandchildren of veterans who served in the armed forces during eligibility dates for membership in the American Legion.
  • Applicants must be Colorado residents who are seeking training in a field of health care (e.g., nursing, physical therapy, dental assistant, pharmacy technician, audiologist, chiropractor, EMT, home healthcare aide) at a school in the state.
  • Applicants must be high school seniors or nontraditional students returning to school; the scholarship is open to all ages.
