The Community College Transfer Students Scholarship provides financial assistance to for college to residents of central and northern California from Santa Barbara, Kern, and Inyo counties northward, who have supported the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBTQIA+) community. Students are planning to transfer from a community college to a 4-year university in any state.
