The Compass Workforce Grant is offered to young adults from the ages 15 to 30 who live or work full-time on one of Maine's unbridged islands or Deer Isle-Stonington for at least a year. Applicants who have attended and/or graduated from the island school or have a family or community connection to an unbridged Maine island or Deer Isle-Stonington are encouraged to apply.
