Requirements

This program is open to minority residents of the southeastern Pennsylvania region, which includes Delaware and South Jersey.

Applicants must be enrolled at a postsecondary institution in any state and working on a bachelor's degree or higher in any field.

They must be a member of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

U.S. citizenship is required.
