The CPCU-Lawrence "Larry" Frazier Memorial Scholarship is a need-based award for graduating high school seniors and high school graduates from Nebraska. Students who are contributing financially to their education and demonstrate merit through academic achievement are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students who plan to pursue a career in aviation, insurance, or law.
