The Cream City Foundation LGBTQ Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of southeastern Wisconsin who have ties to the LGBTQIA+ community and are interested in attending college or graduate school in the area.

Requirements

This program is open to full-time undergraduate and part-time graduate students at community colleges; 4-year public or private colleges and universities; vocational, technical, and trade schools; or graduate and professional programs.

Applicants must 1) have graduated from a high school in Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington, or Waukesha counties; 2) be attending an accredited postsecondary institution in those counties; be in a GED completion program in one of those counties, or 3) have lived in Wisconsin at least 1 year prior to application.

Primary consideration is given to students who selfidentify as LGBTQ, are members of LGBTQIA+ families, or are straight allies.
