Dependent child of an employee of a general contracting company headquartered in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina and a member of the Carolinas Associated General Contractors of America, Inc. (employed there at least 3 years prior to application deadline)

Live in the home of the employee

Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree Descendents of O.P. Crowder and W.T. Crowder Sr. are not eligible for this scholarship.
