The Culbert Family Scholarship supports graduates or graduating seniors from Manistee Area Public Schools in Michigan. Students who have been involved in serving youth or the community and plan to pursue a degree in the field of education or a field that supports education are welcome to apply.

Planning to attend a postsecondary institution to study education or a field that supports education

Demonstrate financial need

Exhibit academic achievement and leadership Manistee County Community Foundation staff and their family members are not eligible to apply. Advisory committee members involved in the scholarship selection process and their immediate family members are not eligible to receive a scholarship from that fund. Donors and related parties are not eligible to receive a scholarship from funds that they established.
