Requirements

This program is open to graduating high school seniors who are members of the 4-H program in Fresno County, California and are planning to enroll at a college, university, community college, or trade/technical school in any state.

Applicants must have exhibited leadership in the presentation of the Fresno County 4H camp, including service for at least 1 year as a Junior Camp Counselor.

They must submit their previous year's 4H Record Book and a 3- to 4-page essay on what 4-H means to them.

Selection is based on efforts to help others through 4H leadership and community service.
