This program is open to Illinois residents who are active and/or past participants in the Boys and Girls Club and have been awarded a Youth of the Year Award.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university in any state to prepare for a career in any area of their choice.

Selection is based on that statement, academic achievement, recommendations, and financial need.
