Requirements

This program is open to residents of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, and Solano counties who are or have been in foster care.

Applicants must be graduating high school seniors, high school graduates, or GED recipients younger than 24 years of age.

They must have been accepted at an accredited college, university, community college, or vocational program in any state.

Their most recent GPA must be 2.0 or higher.
