The David G. and Jacqueline M. Braithwaite Scholarship in Vocational/Technical Study in Medically-Related Fields is available to graduating high school seniors and current college students who are residents of one of ETCF’s East Texas counties*. Students who are pursuing a certification or associate degree in a medically-related field are welcome to apply. *ETCF Counties include : Anderson, Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Delta, Franklin, Freestone, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Hopkins, Houston, Lamar, Leon, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Panola, Rains, Red River, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus, Trinity, Upshur, Van Zandt, Wood.
