This program is open to Native Alaskans who either are original shareholders of Deloycheet, Inc.

or have gifted or inherited shares.

Applicants must have been accepted into an accredited college, university, or vocational/technical school as an undergraduate or graduate students.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
