Requirements

This program is open to Army family members and transitioning soldiers who are members of the Association of the United States Army and enrolled or accepted at an accredited college, university, or certificate program.

Applicants must be studying dentistry, nursing, home health care aid, caregiver training, or other field related to oral health and wellness.

Selection is based on academic merit and personal achievement.

Financial need is not normally a selection criterion but in some cases of extreme need it may be used as a factor; the lack of financial need, however, is never a cause for nonselection.
