Graduating high school senior, returning learner, or a student enrolled in the Jackson College Prison Education Initiative who has completed at least one semester and is housed in a Jackson County Corrections facility

Proven personal responsibility through work, community, or family activities

Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students seeking a degree in manufacturing and related studies.
