This program is open to Washington state residents who are currently working as school library paraprofessionals (clerk, aide, secretary).

Applicants must be members of the Washington Library Association and interested in 1) attending a national or regional conference or workshop; 2) taking college coursework for a degree; 3) attending a state or local conference or workshop, or undertaking special training or a project.
