The Derek Jordan Limitless Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from high schools in Barnstable County (Cape Cod) in Massachusetts and to students enrolled or returning to Cape Cod Community College. Students who have been battling addiction but can demonstrate at least one year of sobriety are encouraged to apply.
