Requirements

This program is open to residents of the Coachella Valley who are interested in working full-time on an undergraduate or graduate degree at a college or university in any state.

Applicants must submit a 500word essay on why this scholarship is important to them, the person they are now and the person they wish to be in the future, their educational and vocational goals, and what giving back to the community means to them.

Selection is based on that essay, academic achievement, community service, a personal interview, and financial need (receives the highest priority).
