The Detective LaVern S. Brann Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors or graduates from the Battle Creek area who are planning to attend or are attending the Kellogg Community College Police Academy in Michigan. Students from underrepresented populations (e.g., African American, Hispanic, female, etc.) within the police officer profession are welcome to apply.
