  • Undegraduate student nomiated by dean or faculty member.
  • Enrolled at Bennett College, Clark Atlanta University, Elizabeth City State University, Fisk University, Florida A&M University, Fort Valley State College, Hampton University, Howard University, Langston University, Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, Morehouse University, Morgan State University, North Carolina A&T State University, Prairie View A&M University, Southern University and A&M College, Spelman College, Tennessee State University, Tuskegee University, Wilberforce University, or Xavier University of Louisiana.
  • Seeking a bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or science as a fulltime student.
  • African American.
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
