The Dewitt Churchwell Memorial Excellence in Construction Scholarship awards need-based scholarships to high school graduates, or GED recipients, in Texas. This scholarship is available to children of a current employee of a member company of the Associated Builders and Contractors South Texas Chapter, the San Antonio Chapter of the Associated General Contractors, and/or the American Subcontractors' Association. Students who are pursuing a career in any field related to construction are encouraged to apply.
